    While this time of lockdown and quarantine is a “pause” on life, it’s hard for dancers to hit “pause” on their training. While no immediate performances are in sight, and more and more events have been canceled or postponed (Broadway won’t resume until at least September, and New York City Ballet’s Saratoga season has been canceled, for example), dancers are athletes, and most feel the need to stay in tip-top shape even while at home.
