We are proud of our products. If you don't love them, we're happy to give you a refund up to 30 days after you receive the product.
Returns are easy!
Items can be returned and refunded within 30 days of receipt of delivery. If 30 days have passed, then you can get credit or get an exchange. But you will need to pay for the return label in this case.
Before shipping a return, photograph the item for your records.
All product packaging, including boxes, tags, bags, and invoices must be returned. Products missing their applicable tags or their original box or bag will be charged a 15% restocking fee
All refunds are for merchandise only. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We will email you one return label via email for free! It will be UPS or USPS mail at no additional charge. If you need to make another exchange then you will have to pay for the return label(s) yourself.
If you bought a special item that requires 4-6 weeks delivery and you cancel that item(s) after 3 days of purchase date OR wish to return the item for a refund once you have received the item, you will be charged a $7 fee and you will not get refunded for the shipping amount.
Please ensure you pack your shipment securely to prevent any damage to the items.We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error. If a package gets returned to us because of a wrong or incorrect shipping address OR an incorrect email address you will be charged a $7 fee (our standard shipping price) in order for us to re-ship the package to the your correct address.
To receive your free return label, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at 1-888-895-6057. Please include the order number and name on the order and we will send the return label to your email associated with your order. Please let us know if you want to get an exchange or a refund. If you'd like an exchange then please let us know what size and/or color and/or width you'd like to exchange for.

The item(s) shipped from sodanca.com have been received within 30 days of the return date. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. If you are unsure about your purchase, please contact our customer service directly at email@example.com. If an item(s) get sent back to us without any communication with us prior, we will try to reach out to you first, if no response after 3 days, then you will receive store credit only.
The items were purchased from sodanca.com. We cannot accept returns from other retail locations. If you have purchased a So Danca product from another retailer or another online store and you need a return or exchange, please contact that retailer directly.
The returned items are in their original shelf-ready condition, which includes tags and all packaging. So Danca will accept returns of products that have been “tried on,” but our return policy does not apply to returned products that show signs of actual use (e.g. markings on the sole of a shoe, make-up/deodorant stains on a garment). Used items that are returned to us will be disposed of and you will not receive any credit. If an item gets returned to us and it needs new tags, new box, new laces, new taps, new buckles, etc you will be charge 15% restocking fee.
No, you can’t return it if...
Item(s) that are used or worn. If we receive any product that has been clearly used, worn, has dog hair, has stains, etc, you will not receive credit for it.
You bought tights or undergarments. Unfortunately, in the interest of hygiene, tights and undergarments are non-returnable or exchangeable unless defective or the wrong size was ordered and an exchange is required. In order for an exchange to be accepted, items need to be in their original, unopened package. Used items that are returned to us will be disposed of and you will not receive any credit.
It is personalized. Due to personal configuration, inscription, or design, we cannot accept returns on customized products. This includes any item with configurations, inscriptions, or designs (such as engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching or carving). Customized products that are damaged or defective upon arrival, or have a misspelling or error due to a company mistake are protected by our So Danca guarantee. You bought products marked as CLOSEOUT. Closeout sales are final. No returns or exchanges of any kind will be accepted on these items.
Returns on custom products, products that have had different customization options, including any configurations, inscriptions, or designs (such as engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching or carving) are as follows:
- Due to personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, the company is not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival
- If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design due to a mistake by the company, you are protected per the So Danca Guarantee.
- All product packaging (such as boxes) and if applicable; certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Products missing all their applicable tags are not acceptable for return.
How long will it take for my refund?
It can take up to 7 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 3 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account. Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment.
