Nice shoes but came with uneven straps

I am a big So Danca fan and was so looking forward to receiving these shoes but when they arrived I noticed one shoe had a short strap while the other shoe had a much longer strap and needed additional holes. I had to take the shoe to a shoe repair shop to get additional holes on the strap and shorten it so it matches the other shoe. The company should have caught this defect before sending them over. I emailed So Danca but haven't received a response yet.
