Theses tap shoes fit my average sized width well. The other two well known brands bowed out on the sides of my feet. I bought a half size large than my athletic sneakers.

Comfortable, average width

I bought this shoe after trying the other two top brands. Bloch was too wide and bowed out on the sides. Capezio did the same, so I ordered them in narrow which fit the body of my foot but was too tight in the toe bed. Finally, I tried So Danca and voila! These fit my average sized feet 7.5 M just right! My foot didn't wobble in them like the others. I usually buy leather taps although the Tara-TA55 is quite comfortable.

These are my first character, heeled tap shoes and they fit really well and look good. They are comfortable and pretty easy to tap in. They are easy to get on and they stay on well too.
