CALIFORNIA NOTICE OF FINANCIAL INCENTIVE

Effective Date: March 31, 2026 | Last Updated: March 31, 2026

1. Overview

Só Dança USA, LLC ("Só Dança," "we," "us," or "our") is providing this Notice of Financial Incentive ("Notice") in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, "CCPA"), and the regulations promulgated thereunder by the California Privacy Protection Agency.

This Notice describes our SD Rewards loyalty program (the "Program"), the personal information we collect in connection with the Program, the financial incentives we offer, and the material terms of participation. This Notice applies to California residents only.

2. Program Description

The SD Rewards program is a loyalty rewards program available to customers who create an account at sodanca.com. Members earn points for qualifying purchases and activities, which may be redeemed for discounts, exclusive offers, early access to new products, and other rewards (collectively, the "Financial Incentive").

3. Categories of Personal Information Collected

In connection with the Program, we collect the following categories of personal information:

• Identifiers: Name, email address, mailing address, and account credentials.

• Commercial information: Purchase history, transaction data, points balances, and redemption history.

• Internet or other electronic network activity information: Browsing behavior on sodanca.com, pages viewed, and interactions with promotional communications.

• Inferences: Preferences, characteristics, and tendencies derived from the above information to create a profile about you for the purposes of tailoring offers and communications.

4. How We Use Your Personal Information

Personal information collected through the Program is used to:

• Administer, operate, and personalize the SD Rewards Program.

• Calculate, track, and apply points and rewards to your account.

• Send transactional communications related to your account and Program activities.

• Send promotional communications, offers, and announcements (where you have consented).

• Analyze purchasing patterns and preferences to improve our products, services, and marketing.

• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties in exchange for monetary consideration. We may share personal information with service providers who assist us in operating the Program, subject to contractual restrictions.

5. Reasonably Estimated Value of the Financial Incentive

As required by the CCPA, we provide the following good-faith estimate of the value of the financial incentive offered and the value of your personal information to our business.

5a. Value of the Financial Incentive to You

The value of the SD Rewards Program to participants is estimated based on the rewards and benefits made available through the Program. These benefits may include:

• Points earned on qualifying purchases: 20 points per $1 spent.

• Redemption value of points toward future purchases: 1 point = $0.05

• Exclusive member-only discounts, early access, and promotional offers.

The estimated annual value of these benefits to an average Program participant is approximately $20-$40, depending on individual purchase frequency and redemption behavior.

5b. Reasonably Estimated Value of Personal Information to Só Dança

We have estimated the value of personal information collected through the Program based on the incremental revenue attributable to Program participants relative to non-participants, accounting for factors such as:

• Higher average order value among loyalty members.

• Increased purchase frequency and customer lifetime value.

• Reduced customer acquisition cost due to repeat purchasing and referral behavior.

• Value of personalized marketing enabled by purchase and behavioral data.

Based on these factors, we reasonably estimate the value of personal information collected through the Program to be commensurate with the value of the Financial Incentive offered. We believe the benefits provided to Program participants are reasonably proportional to the value of the personal data to our business.

[NOTE TO LEGAL COUNSEL: Please review and supplement with any additional quantification methodology required by the CPPA. A formal data valuation analysis is recommended prior to finalization of this Notice.]
