I emailed customer service to return my shoes and they got back right away. The return process was super easy and my new pair is on the way right now. The only reason they were too small is because I didn’t read the warning on the website that said to order a size up. Great company!

I really like the stretch that the shoes have on the side of the foot. It really allows me to go through Demi-pointe while still feeling supported!
